What's wrong with fat? I would make this but use the highest fat yogurt I can find which is still usually only around 10%

I just came to this comment section to see that people don’t know how to cook a good steak. It is definitely not raw. That is a perfect rare, medium rare. And for a good steak, you don’t need a lot of seasoning.
